Day went pretty well. No weird stuff at all, at least that I was aware of. It was also our big Christmas dinner. The last one for Smith and so sad. I got my 20 year pin and he was extra funny...probably because there were so many eyes filled with tears. Maddie/Madone was in this afternoon. I am now her bff. Too cute! She also tells me that she'll ask if I can go geocaching with them. I'm sure Steve will be thrilled. Wouldn't it be grand if I got along as well with grownups? Madone. Madwon. It's supposed to sound like MadWon but I can't figure out how to spell it. Madone doesn't look right at all. She read me a story she'd written from the point of view of a houseshoe. It was really funny and well written. Talented one.
